Advocates
of Love

Link Outside’s team is driven by the transformative power of connection and empathy, working towards creating positive change in the lives of incarcerated individuals.

Each team member contributes a unique blend of skills and dedication, whether it’s fostering meaningful connections within correctional facilities, organizing impactful events, or leading initiatives for rehabilitation and reintegration.

Faith Beyond
the Walls

Faith, for us, extends beyond religious beliefs—it encompasses the steadfast trust we place in the potential for positive change and the resilience of the human spirit.

Our collective belief in the transformative power of faith serves as the guiding light in our endeavors.

Family
Brings Hope

With over 30 consistent volunteers, Link Outside is extremely grateful for family to help in the day to day activities.

From packaging book donations to prison facilities, to visiting our brothers and sisters behind the walls, they bring the feeling of family to prison facilities through their care and effort.

Meet the incredible individuals who make up Link Outside and join us in our journey to create a more compassionate and connected world.

Jesse Maroney

Program Coordinator & CFO

Jesse Maroney accepted Islam while serving an 8-year sentence in prison. Upon release, he continued his Islamic studies and became a public speaker. Having 12 years of experience conducting classes within the free community and throughout American penal institutions, Jesse’s goal is to cultivate the underserved and reverse the stigmas surrounding the population.

Amin Eshaiker

Program Manager & CEO

From Irvine, CA, Amin received a degree in history and political science from UCLA. Having over 10 years of experience working at a Fortune 500 utility company as a senior analyst and team lead, Amin was inspired to utilize his skills to help build Link Outside’s one-of-a-kind inmate programming. Amin feels that through this work, one kind find a deeper appreciation for their own life.

Tobias Tubbs

Chief Impact Officer

While serving 2 life sentences without the possibility of parole (for a crime he did not commit), Tobias chose to arm himself every day. Not with a weapon but with love. Tobias became an expert in conflict resolution, irrigation/gardening, philosophy, and jurisprudence, to name a few. Tobias has been a vital part of helping Link Outside structure our rehabilitation model and establishing communal and government relationships.
